Sarah Palin does not see her Troopergate investigation how we Alaskans see the investigation. We see Alaska as a great state. If we all can be team players and seek the truth in Sarah Palin's Troopergate that would allow the investigation run smoothly. The Alaskan Governor though, is someone who sees Alaska ethic laws different that she's palling around with corruption, lies, and embarrassment. She is hurting many Alaskans. We can not trust her because of her bad judgment and hurtful leadership.

Obama is winning because of image and personality and republican repulsion and ugliness of John McCain, not because of fundamental issues.

This must be true since they agree on major issues of the day, 1)Obama says *combat* troops out of Iraq while McCain says we need to stop taking casualties-what's the difference, really ? 2) They agreed on the bailout.

McCain says "spending freeze".That is something but his smear campaigning is too ugly and the freeze is just desperation-wouldn't happen.

Gah, it makes me insane to listen to Pat Buchanan and other conservatives. He says that Obama has done nothing in response to the market crashing, somehow being oblivious to all that Obama HAS done. Obama has been calmly and cooly telling us what we need to do to fix this and what his plan is. Republican see only what they want to see. What the hell more does he want!?!

In football (the soccer kind) when you have a clear lead you keep the ball play some smooth passing and run the clock down. This is the hardest part of the game but if you do it right you win. The other team will be anrgy and frustrated and will foul a lot. Obama just needs to do this and needs to do it well.

I had respect for McCain but he needs to be in a third party because the republicans he's running with are people of the past.

Am I the only one who saw McCain's numbers fall even before the DOW crashed? They were caught in lie after lie and the post debate bounce was collapsing. I am sure Obama would be ahead even if the stock market hadn't gone south.
