He puts the 360 disc in the PS3, hits play, the PS3 goes into DVD mode and it comes up with exactly the same video warning you get if you put a 360 game in any regular DVD player (To play this game, put it in an Xbox 360 console).

Try it yourself. Any DVD player will do.

You can boot it as a dvd and as a game... if you put it into an xbox the console knows that it is an xbox game... if you put it into a ps3 it doesn't recognize it as a game but as a dvd instead... and it plays a video sequenze that is stored on the disc as well... on which it says that the game can only be played on an xbox. Got it?
