I like what you are demonstrating, but you need to re-shoot the video. Perhaps go to first-person view for half of it so you don't have walls getting in the way, and better quality audio of participants.

I won't be able to sell this to my bosses with a video only of this quality. Pls msg me if you do get to re-shoot it.
