We are. As a matter of a fact we are leading in the technology with Tesla motors, the Tzero and SCC Ultumat areo electric. SSC's PR says they have developed a new EV platform, known as All Electric Scalable Platform. They say it will produce 1000bhp through twin electric motors which translates in to a 0-60 time of 2.5 seconds and a top speed of over 200mph. They also claim a range of up to 200 miles, from a 10 minute charge from a wall socket!

We now have the worlds fastest production vehicle, the SSC Aero. It has a V8 engine and 2 turbos, it spanked the Veyron in October 2007. The Veyron has a 16 cylinder engine with 4 turbos and like 20 radiators in that thing, twice as much shit as the SSC and still cannot beat it. And it has racing fuel in the Veyron! Ferrari and Lamborghini, all that F1 Tech and buffers and all and where did it sit against the 'simple tech' of the Z06 Corvette again? Maybe that sucky tech might be doing alright.

The first F355 Ferrari debuted in 1994 & was produced until 1999. The first Viper debuted in 1992 with the RT/10 & the GTS came out in 96 to 02 as basically the same car with a hardtop and 50 more Hp. So why does the Ferrari automaticly become a 94 and the Viper a 02? Whats to say they are not both 96s, 97s, 98s or 99s? let me help you out. The diference between the 96 Viper & the 97 are air bags & antilock brakes (things that GTS clearly did not have) so, it's a 96!

Many race cars dont use ABS either. Viper also doesnt have traction control, stability managment etc.. its a drivers car. ABS can actually be better performing braking wise.. as long as you dont lock the brakes.. hence why endurance cars usually have ABS.. its a lot of effort otherwise.

That's just an ignorant statement. Every car in this video (only exceptions being the Delorian & mustangs) grip exceptionally good for their generations. Example Porsche vs Vette. The vette grips better year for year starting from the C4 with the only exception being the Carrera GT. The 911 in contrast (its primary competition) in most cases gets owned in the twistys. The 70's are long gone. snap out of it.
