Austria gave very good lesson for the Lithuanians. Before you call a person "a criminal", in Europe require to prove his guilt in court and provide convincing arguments for his arrest. Golovatov as "criminal". Secondly, I want to remind you that Lithuania was in solidarity with the Estonian authorities, when they are "ordered to attack innocent people without gun, to drive over them with" police cars, to put hundreds of them in the port's barn with chained hands, leaving them without water.
