I lived in Solomon Islands for nearly two years, and saw a VERY Big Monitor Lizard in the bush when we were driving on a bush road and it was not afraid of the 4 wheel drive and turned at the car before it ran off into the bush... it was more the size like a kimono dragon... I was shocked to see it as I have never seen a lizard that big! that was 20 years ago
