I am disgusted with this video, first off this guy looks like he has never deadlifted more than 225 lbs second the female he is training looks like she has about the same size arms as him. trainers should have good experience with lifting if they are going to train people with weights ESPECIALLY when it comes to deadlifting. You should go back to ripping people off with usless balance ball workouts and stay away from barbells
if this is what your teaching your clients then your ripping them off,first off all you shouldnt travel with bar at all if your gonna do a deadlift you should walk up2 it,prepare yourself then lift,no steppin back with the bar! secondly do you not teach anyone to bend there legs?? your clients are receiving poor quality training im afraid

WTF IS THIS CRAP!!! Thats a rack pull, without the rack.
LEARN the definition of DEADLIFT, it got its name because everyrep should have the bar set to a complete stop on the ground, thus being a DEADLIFT.
