  • Totally fucked up...

  • vegetables should never change their color when cooking >:(

  • who are you man???!!!! r you a dietitian? are you a nutritionist? i don't think so, cause if you are you might wanna go review your books cause you just lost most of the nutrients in the spinach buy cooking it to the point that it melted and shrunk, did you know that vegetables are sensitive to water and heat and easy to loose some of the most important vitamins and phytochemicals that are in the spinach!!!!

  • the omlet is fine and healthy i do agree with that but cheese?? nope i dont think so :)

  • I love to see a man cooking! As it should be.

Thanks bud! That is a fantastic meal.

  • And now you just killed all of the nutrients in the spinach and red peppers because many of the vitamins and nutrients were destroyed by the heat from cooking!

A better way to get your "greens" (spinach, kale, collard greens, etc) if you don't like eating them is put some orange juice in a blender with a bannana and then several handfuls of greens. Mix it with some cinnamon and powdered ginger, blend, then enjoy! You will not even notice the greens! I put beets, flax, wheat germ, and whey also

  • Oh hai! Have you ever tried the Fat Blast Furnace (search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my work buddy burned tons of unwanted fat.

  • Thank you for sharing. It looks delicious and is an excellent source of fibre, minerals and vitamins. Very tasty and healthy.

  • get loads of fresh raw organic veg, juice them (spinach ,celery, kale, carrots ,cucumber) pour juice in a blender with a an apple and a bannana , voila breakfast is served

i think the title of the vid is a little overstated, nice try thou

  • I use 2 eggs, no cheese, and pretty much have the same breakfast every day. Starting to cut out the wheat and oats though so I will eat a brown rice flour tortilla instead of toast or oatmeal. Very healthy and satisfying.

  • This is a start for someone that eats a lot of unhealthy foods. I only eat like this when I am cheating on my diet. Raw is always better! You lose a lot of nutrients when you cook down veggies. Whole grain is a good start - make sure you check the nutrition label to make sure you are actually eating what is being advertised on the front of the package. The mango slices has a lot of fiber (the only really healthy thing on the plate). Nice try - keep researching healthy alternatives.

  • All is cool, BUT I would use COCONUT OIL instead of spray oil. It's a way healthier...

    Peace to all...

    :)))

  • eggs & veggies RULE!!!

  • You must be a strong man and a sharp thinker with such a breakfast :D

  • If you really want this to be healthy,,keep the veggies raw and then pour the egg mixture (WITHOUT YOLKS!) and then make the omlette. simple as that :D

  • Dude, that is NOT healthy, cooked that way! You're not eating "raw vegetables," let's not kid ourselves. You cooked down 4 cups of vegetables, cooking away the vitamins and nutrients too. By the way, eggs are the NUMBER 2 ALLERGEN, preceeded only by gluten and maybe dairy. This is ONE DEAD BREAKFAST - but it's a great way to pretend you're eating healthy. OH- and PAM is the worst kind of chemical soup to prepare anything in!

  • @OpinionatedFemaleDog humble man... humble man

  • What a mess. Not healthy.

  • You just managed to sabotage a healthy breakfast with addition of bread (properly made of dwarf wheat with loads of amylopectin A).

  • looks delicious, thanks for sharing!!!

  • Comment removed

  • This is not a healthy breakfast at all. Frying, Processed flour? Cheese? Are you serious that this is healthy. Really? I hope that you learn about RAW Foods and stop the myths of cooked foods. This is a horrible breakfast and you are misled.

  • @RadianceSearch this is actually a good breakfast despite whether its cooked this much or not. the bread is whole grain its good carbs to eat .. i mean if you want to bake your own whole wheat bread go for it... even though you wont benefit more than 1% out of it.

  • @ElemenohpeeHD No respectfully bread is not healthy. Flour is converted into sugar when digested, a physiological cycle between glycogen and insulin is launched creating a cycle of craving more carbohydrates. The excess carbohydrates are then stored as fat, & the body physiologically is still malnourished & remains in a nutrient deprived spiral. This also leads to premature aging of the body & disease. I have 30 yrs on researching diet educating myself, Once man thought the earth was flat.

  • @RadianceSearch Hello Radiance. Great comments....got a website?

  • @weaverdreams77 I have my YouTube Channel & the things of interest that I am dedicated too in my own Spiritual and Wellness. Please excuse the RAP, my girlfriend uses my YouTube to create her playlists, she loves the stuff I am trying to increase her awareness of Auspicious vs. Inauspicious language. She is starting to hear me but old habits die slowly, It your wish you can reply. I am not posting my email or # considering anyone would have access. I am on Facebook, my name is Marc Gurtman

  • @ElemenohpeeHD To continue my previous comment, we are operating on old paradigms regarding diet. There is a lot for many to lose, in the billions upon billions of dollars if those paradigms are shattered. Please for anyone that thinks this is healthy for your own sake and your health and well being break free and go to the edge of science. You will live longer & feel better in the process and thrive as you never knew you could.

  • @RadianceSearch Lick on a nut sack you idiot its 10x healthier then what 85% most people do eat and fucking yummy

  • @r3ap3r1984 Thanks for the foul language and hatred rap3r1984. It is not healthy at all. Who said cheese and frying is not Yummy? This diet may not be the like walking out im front of a bus, but it is the train coming from the end of the tunnel. Intead of hiding behing hatred and ignorance, by using foul language and a closed mind, an intelligent response would be to do your homework and educate yourself.

  • @r3ap3r1984 Get some language skills, dude! How's that foul language thing workin' for ya? Bet your friends are all high school drop outs, and none of you can carry on an intelligent conversation with even a 5th grader. The fact is, that is NOT a healthy breakfast - and as long as people continue calling myths "truth," we will never progress.

  • You call these servings of vegetables? There was nothing left there, you overcooked them.

  • This is indeed The Healthiest Breakfast in the World.... For someone that don't mind being sick, overweight, constipated and other cute things like that. The moment i saw the fried onions i knew the title of this video was an epic overstatement.... Nobody in their right mind should start their day like that and this video is getting a dislike for misinforming people.

    GO RAW! ! !

  • Scientist have now discovered that - gasp - they were wrong and whole eggs do not contribute to high colesterol and in fact at least 1 whole egg day, thats right folks I said at least one egg a DAY!! i.e. white and yolk is actually beneficial for you due to the vitamins it contains! Yay! as I love boiled eggs. ;) I think it really just goes back to common sense and the old saying of small amounts of most basic foodstuffs are ok for you. Veg, fruit, wholegrains, eggs, butter, fish and meat,

    .

  • @blackbetsy59 Eggs are good only when they are organic and from healthy chickens that are fed an organic diet like flax seeds etc but you also need to drink them raw because cooking eggs is a whole different story.

  • great i want to make it

  • ...And what is most scary is the video has 220 likes and only 72 dislikes as of present!! This is why the majority of people are truly sick people,, literaly sick and have so many health problems. Anyone who thinks this is the healthiest breakfast on earth is clueless! starting with use of PAM and a non stick frying pan

  • @tecnolover2642 what does putting pam on a non stick pam have anything to do with knowledge of food you retard

  • Ummm,, LOL,, yeh. YOu are talking about eating healthy and you use PAM for cooking with?? LOL. Really healthy. Yeh right.

  • @tecnolover2642 you fuckers take everything to the extreme jesus christ. pam is just as good as anything else

  • lose the mango, lose the muffin, don't cook your veg. have some eggs, have some cheese. have some bacon. there. done.

  • If you cook these veggies you have destroyed the enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. What he is serving you to eat is what is left after a forest fire. YUK! -orbstats

  • This is DEAD food - how on earth can you think this is actually good for you.

It may be better that the rest of the crap that most people are eating but you could have made this 10 times better by not killing it all.

And how did cheese and muffins get into the good food list.

this is a very distorted message you are giving people.

  • HEY IDIOT, BY COOKING THOSE VEGGIES DOWN LIKE THAT, YOU JUST KILLED 99%THE NUTRITION VALUE THEY HELD. ALSO YEST, SUGAR AND ABORTED CHICKEN FETUSES ARNT IN ANY WAY SHAPE OR FORM GOOD FOR THE HUMAN BODY!!

  • Discredited when you pick up the PAM man.

  • Not practical for the average family. Most can`t afford all that baby spinach. Also you should watch the video on exocitoxins. I don`t think that PAM spray is healthy at all.

  • I've been reading and hearing people saying that whole eggs are healthier and I'm not disputing, but what about people that suffer from high cholesterol. One egg has 215mg of cholesterol. I love eggs but i think that's a lot. I'm only eating egg whites at the moment. Any input out there? Thanks!

  • For me personally, i would be concerned about the cholesterol and sodium amounts in the breakfast. Healthiest breakfast...i don't think so.

  • U just lost like the majority of nutrients by cooking it!

    Not the best sorry!

  • whoa dude i want to eat that mother fucking shit right there!

  • Raw would be so much better.

  • You forgot the gun powder

  • RAW VEGAN ALL THE WAY!!!!!

  • this is NOT healthy lol!

  • I would argue that the amount of cholesterol in that is not healthy. A Fruit smoothie is the healthiest breakfast ever!

  • VegetaBALLS

  • hope your Bell Peppers are Organic!! Red Bell Peppers are one of the veggies so high in pesticides, up there with strawberries and apples

  • this is definitely not the healthiest breakfast in the world.

  • total bullshit......! from the "oil" to the cooking processs to the ingredients...except the plant stuff....

i hope people dont believe this nonsense.....but hey...its the youtube - age....

    everybody can upload right?

  • @Aero481 What's wrong with that oil?

  • Pam.. is one of the worst.. I mean the worst oils you can cook with .. use a cold pressed olive oil or canola or peanut oil or even natural butter .. no margarine.. .. omega three fortified is a myth.. eggs whole.. no egg whites. egg whites are a waste of time.. protein source from whole eggs.. and cooking as long as not overcooked is fine for the nutritional sources beyond raw.. tomatoes even more so.. top it off with some garlic, hot peppers and cooked tomato sauce and that would be tops

  • Yeah, killing live enzymes via heat, real healthy...

  • Good recipe but the title is very misleading. It looks delicious but not the healthiest by a long slide.

  • is too much egg white bad for you?

  • @jean9910 to much of anything is bad for you, but im pretty sure you can eat a lot of eggs before you reach that limit

  • is too much egg white bad for you?

  • I almost believed that could of been the healthiest breakfast until the eggs & cheese got dumped in that skillet. I advice a whole food, plant based diet.

  • Comment removed

  • not only is that expensive. but first of all cooking it too much kills nutrients of the vegies. second its a little too fatty with cheese and looks like you burned the onion.

  • This video is good but I have a couple of issues with it. You shouldn't cook your vegetables so much. When I make an omelet I go in reverse order, I cracked the eggs, mix em up, turn on the burner and then put the peppers, onions and spinach in. Granted I use a lot less spinach then you, mine also doesn't shrink down down to that level. Also, skim cheese? Whether its dairy, eggs or grains, if you are gonna eat it....USE THE WHOLE THING. Using skim dairy is as silly as using only egg whites.

  • lol first he said 3-4 cups then later he said 4-5

  • spinach is an unnatural plant and it leeches minerals from your body.

eggs arent that great, they are acidic.

cheese...sigh. dont get me started on dairy.

eating fruit wit anything other then fruit is hard on your digestive system.

well at least its healthier then the standard american breakfast. looks good too. but i suggest you consider changing the title lol.

want to know the healthiest breakfast? the MOST effective weightloss food?

    irish moss.

  • @unbiased000 Rubbish on all counts. Enjoy eating your moss.

  • @richard20bris enjoyment does not necessarily equal nutrition. i mean big macs and fries are pretty enjoyable arent they. anyway, can you actually PROVE anything i said was "rubbish" let alone it all?

  • @unbiased000

Why would a person enjoy poverty?

  • @ESSENCEOFEACHTHING well the ESSENCE of what im sayiing is nutrition...price has nothing to do with my message, altough i could make that argument with irish moss. fact is it is ONE of the most healthy breakfasts you can eat. it has more minerals, amonio acids then all this junk. it has the same effect as okra on your digestion, it is healthy...the controversy of my statement is a little disapointing.

  • @unbiased000

You referenced that certain fast food items are enjoyable. Fast Food is nutritionally impoverished. That is the basis of my response.I just wanted to open your eyes to it.

  • @ESSENCEOFEACHTHING well open your eyes to my original comment and you will see i was makin that point of the unhealthy, but enjoyablr taste, of fast food. dont know how you missed it. i was talkin about the uhnealthiness of THIS VIDEOS food even lol. i said irish moss is the worlds (one of them) healthiest breakfast

  • best is avocado and porridge for breakfast, use water if you think your hard haha

  • guys got no idea

  • oh my god that food is making me even hungrier mmmm yummy

  • That breakfast would make me sick! Put the mangoes on top of the spinach and then you have a healthy breakfast! That whole meal is dead except the mango... GO RAW STAY RAW!

  • lol fried food isn't healthy, everybody knows that

  • @JBLAKIE1 everybody thinks that rather. the type of fat is what matters. and forget olive oil, it aint as good as people think

  • 450 calories later....

  • It would be far healthier if you used Olive Oil and not that Pam nasty can stuff.

  • Nothing healthy in this breakfast, all the nutrients have been burn........

  • @MARIJUANA41011 I know what your saying...as a side note....his title worked didn't it? Hundreds of comments and tens of thousands of views...

  • OMG Im starving after this lol! Yum!

  • the english muffins look like two juicy jimmy dean patties....hmmmm!

  • please wash the spinach before cooking.

  • After cooking the veggies to that extent, there may be 1/4 of the nutrients left if you're lucky. Everyone doesn't need to go totally raw but if you are going to cook them, just get them hot.

  • @vabyss78 another way would be to steam them, which maintains a higher content of nutrients, then add them to the meal.

  • thank you!!

  • looks yummy!

  • I will def try it with the cooked spinach, would suggest adding the pepper last as it really doesn't need to be cooked. For me it's okay to be crunchy.

  • Cooked eggs own!!!

  • thanks for the upload but im not taking health advice from an american

  • does look nice though

  • that's an expensive breakfast to eat every day

  • Good recipe but I'd stay away from that Pam stuff.

  • add some wheat grass powder to a protein shake first thing in the morning and that will meet your daily veggie nutritional requirementst!!!

  • $40.00 later...

  • @caesarmoridon 40$ that go to a good farmer, instead of a megacoorporation raping their worker and the sickened animals they breed. Think about that ...

  • @caesarmoridon definately healthier than a $3 fast food burrito at McChemicals or TacoChemical Bell though

  • Yeah pretty much destroyed most nutrients. Eat those veggies raw. At least you got some iron with that skillet. That meal is for one person? How much did that cost?

  • Stop cooking away those important nutrients in those vegetables....This guy is going to get less than 35% of the nutrients contained in those vergeablrs after cooking them down like that....Whole eggs???Yeah, yolks are loaded with plenty of vitamins...But 1 is fine. More is bad...cheese??lol.....horrible breakfast......... 1 yolk, 4 whites, and those vegetables raw is what I'd eat from this...Muffin...lol.....Replace that with a fresh fruit you fuck...drink some water

  • @David27Edwards

and this is exactly wrong, a myth from earlier science. By eating to many raw stuff u ultimately u wont absorb any of the nutrients because they also contain anti-nutrients, so whats the point of eating more nutritinous raw foods when ur body absorbs less when it is cooked? Specially spinach should NEVER be eaten raw and should be heated, since it contains high amounts of oxalic acid, this can be destroyed through enough heat and cooking.

  • yeah eating like that is damn expensive

  • Theres eggs in it, which automatically disqualifies it from being the healthiest breakfast in the world.

  • Fried eggs and things like that CAN actually be healthy for you depending on how your body works.

  • I'm sick of all these raw veggie fanatics, yeah we get it, its a lot better when you have them raw, now shut up about it. The fact of the matter is NOT many people want to eat raw veggies all the damn time. It Isn't going to hurt you to add both raw and cooked veggies in your diet. Have an omelet with some cooked veggies in the morning, down a smoothie at lunch or snack on raw veggies the rest of the day...and it's NOT gonna kill you to have some steamed broccoli with your dinner...freaks...

  • @abeNpdx Youre obviously just mad because you want to eat the healthiest but you dont like raw veggies. What else would provoke such a comment?

  • @CantWeedThis ...What? I'm mad because I want to eat the healthiest but I don't like veggies? Yeah that's makes a lot of sense. Listen Scooter, not mad...annoyed at preachy retards about their food & life style. I love veggies...raw and cooked. That's my point. People can enjoy a balance of things.

  • @CantWeedThis alright ill concede to that. I like being scooter XD

  • @abeNpdx chiilllll...

  • @abeNpdx oooh my gooosh!!! lol!! lol!! i felt that

  • @abeNpdx so just dont watch...jajajaj...i am here to learn more...if your not interested DONT WATCH

  • whats the point of that spinach if it was cooked? All the nutrients are burned....

  • I'd do only one whole egg, 4 whole eggs has around 32 grams of saturated fat. Also as most people are saying, cooking vegetables is a lot worse then eating them raw. I won't go into explaining it, just Google it. I usually eat more grains during breakfast; oatmeal, shredded wheat. I also eat 2 eggs whites and 1 whole egg with low fat cheese. That's about 7 grams fiber, and 21 grams protein, and about 10 grams fat 1. At the same time this IS better than what most Americans eat, butitcouldbebetter

  • woa thats a big omlet

  • This is not even close to being the healthiest breakfast in the world. This breakfast is a "dead" meal that has little nutrition because the heat has destroyed just about all the nutrients. Look up "Green Smoothie" and make one of those. A MILLION times healthier. Fact.

  • Comment removed

  • all vitmanins and enzymes are killed if you fry all vegetables like this. Guys, if you want to learn an helthier diet, don't care what the Americans say.

  • Say vegeta-bowls again.

  • ridiculous - four eggs, cheese and you call it healthy!!!

may be pizza is the healthiest dinner for you - cheese, protein, vegetables everything is in that as well...

  • Comment removed

  • Dead mans delight!!!

  • nonsense.

  • @bherwig11 LET THE EAT FATASS

  • damn! healthy or not that shit does look good! :)

  • Dang thats alot of food for breakfest! I'm not the kind of person that eats healthy all the time, but i dont eat that much food for breakfest and lunch combine.

  • IF YOU COOK THINGS PEOPLE THEY LOOSE SOME OF THEIR NUTRIENTS.THAT IS A FACT.GO EAT YOUR RAW STUFF NOW.all of you are stupid, every day,in every meal we cook our veggies, except if we have them in salad form.

  • stupid americans.

  • @BuKuTyyy Really dude...talking shit on a healthy breakfast video.

  • he cooked all the nutrients out.....overcooked the poor things....lol

  • man you are eating healthy but if you eat too much from healthy foods you'll get fat , and why using 4 egg yolks use one or tow not 4 because there is bad cholesterol in egg yolks .

  • shouldnt care be taken to us a healthy non stick ingredient and how many nutrients disappeared with cooking?

  • vegtiballs lol

  • I bet he didn't..

  • No way could I eat that much in one meal. 4 eggs plus 4 egg whites?!

  • Yummy, but you forgot to wash the spinach!

  • @EritreanChic Most store bought spinach in the US comes already triple washed.

  • @sbranson01 - Only thing i can say to you... did you enjoy your little insult.... it made you feel good... good thats what you gonna get it... for five second...

  • dude u dont make sence your dumb

  • i read somewhere eggs are chickens periods...

  • @semaokeeffe Did you not go to Elementary School?

  • your dumb

  • Is this seriuosly healthy??...

  • @GetYourGreensOn how is it not? its got a shit ton of veggies and eggs!

  • @fryBASS But the veggies aren't much good cooked to that extend and fried eggs aren't healthy...

  • yeah thats true but is better than nothing dont u agree, why u say that eggs are not good u have some prove for that

  • It is healthier to eat vegetables. raw, Cooking veg. above 115' degrees kills the enzymes and destroys the vitamins.

As for fruit due to the high levels of sugar and acidity it should be eaten by itself and not as part of a meal. Only in America will people think frying thins is healthy.

  • yeah good point about the begetables but at least there fiver and the fruit thats such a lie who told u that u need fruits like u need begetables there alot of vitamins and fiver and good shugars that u need for energe for the rest of the day plus fruits are consider a good source to be healty and is a good carb that wont get u fat if u eat it in small portions i recomended in the bigining of the day that way u have the hole day to burn it.

  • @franchescoli1904 Just because you don't know about something or even disagree doesn't make it a lie.

The fruit thing is from the Hippocrates Health Institute Brian Clement, and Anthony Robbins all say this about fruit.

The point was brought up in regards to the glycemic index of food (or sugar level of food) a regular meal will raise your blood sugar level, but if you have fruit with your meal it will spike your blood sugar very high then crash it very low. Which is Bad.

  • @RedTailedTuna ok good point, but why is it bad.

  • @franchescoli1904 If you spike your blood sugar too high then your body goes into overdrive to counteract it. On the short term this means a sugar rush then crash in your energy level. On the long term of a high blood sugar can cause diabetes. In the worst case scenario since sugar is Acidic it can cause your bodies PH to change which a create a cancerous condition in the body. A heightened body acidity is also the cause of cardiovascular disease.

  • @RedTailedTuna what about if ur eating the same but smaler portions

  • @franchescoli1904 That could be alright I guess, it's not the worst thing you could do to yourself by any means

  • @RedTailedTuna all right man u win u know alot, im just a body builder that is learning how to eat right, but is not that easy ass people think it takes alot of education to know, when and what to eat, and portions etc.

  • @RedTailedTuna bullshit, tomato's release lycopene when cooked

  • @eldictator1 WHATEVER TROLL, lycopene IS IN RAW TOMATOES TO DUMBASS, just because it is still there when you cook them doesn't mean it is healthier then when it is raw.

  • @RedTailedTuna "Writing in the latest issue of the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry...Cooking tomatoes -- such as in spaghetti sauce -- makes the fruit heart-healthier and boosts its cancer-fighting ability. The reason: cooking substantially raises the levels of beneficial compounds called phytochemicals. " science daily

  • @RedTailedTuna "researchers evaluated the effects of three commonly-used Italian cooking practices — boiling, steaming, and frying — on the nutritional content of carrots, zucchini and broccoli. Boiling and steaming maintained the antioxidant compounds of the vegetables. For broccoli, steaming actually increased its content of glucosinolates, a group of plant compounds touted for their cancer-fighting abilities
