This was a great show, to bad more kids don't exercise and get a handle on their health, you pay later in life........I know I'm 70+ now.

That's what I'm thinking too....I use this exact edition of Mousercise with my preschool classes....it helps to get them both energized and take off some of the hyper....it also helps to teach about staying active.

@tappergal She could have just been having a bad day. Also some kids have a bit more growing pains than others, and she could have been having that problem too. I had growing pains so bad that any exercise made it worse, but I kept on going despite them as I knew I wouldn't get a good grade in PE and get in shape.
