hes giving them some actual good advice. Its all tech specs, Im glad he hasnt been telling them to change there content. Sharon has some of the best celebrity relationship advice around. Hey, just some tips for your keying work:

If you have a highclass editing suite, trying using a spill supression filter. Or, in lower class editing programs, raise the 'threshold' to take off more of the blue. Also, remember that using a backlight can help seperate the subject, (in this case, Sharon) From the background, resulting in a cleaner key. Also try using different shots of Sharon, much like a pro vlogger would do. Cool video, but i'm not into celebrity stuff :P
