Put a spoon of sugar in water and see how it dissolves. Put a spoon of Fat in water and see how much even dissolves. Our body is 70% water. So, who is the culprit? I have been on a total butter diet (improves memory) and no vegetable oil or refined sugar and I did not gain a pound plus my skin looks great and I have so much energy that does not die like some enegry drinks

lobbying the pharma- industry to make ill and be dependent on them. Just as simple at that. Why should they care about the general population, they throw millions of tons of fresh fruit and vegetable in the sea to control the market price, just don't care about famine in third world countries. Yuo don't have to be Einestein to know that.
@consceincePride Sad isn't it? If you haven't watched the movie Food Inc check it out - it will blow your mind! Amazing how messed up the food industry is...
@xeadm No idea man but it really upsets me the way the food industry is allowed to run rampage screwing up people's health everywhere and the govt just stands by and watches!
@xeadm You're absolutely right. A plan to kill us off. Keep just enough for them to take control of, and use to their needs and wants. There are too many of us at this moment in time, far too difficult for them to control. Not saying they don't try.
Hi I have a question that dont do anything with this topic. When doing ab workout can I do upper/lower/obliques abs workout Mon wed and fri? Do I have to seperate those? Thanks!
If you're training for a bodybuilding competition then you could maybe separate those out to some degree, but for the average person you absolutely do not need to. Just make sure that you some unilateral or rotational work in addition to regular ab exercises and you'll get everything covered.
It does make sense that we need good fats in our body. But what about carbs? Some people say that going through a low carb diet can definitely help you lose weight. But I've read a couple of articles that we need to eat carbs because the body needs it for energy, especially before working out. Can you address this issue?
Uh... how about white rice? Is that any good at all? Japanese people eat it at a daily basis and yet they have the longest life span.
You definitely need some type of carbs both for energy and for other valuable nutrients such as fiber.
But I would recommend that you restrict your carb intake to just veggies and fruits where possible. If you need more energy, then sure you can have a bit of carbs before your workout, but try to minimize it as much as possible.
As for rice, Japanese people do it eat often, but they only eat a small amount per meal. The amount in grams that they eat is actually very small.
@losefatatwork I know someone who is Asian (filipino) and she eats a LARGE serving of rice at every meal and she is super thin and this is typical where she come from. ???? White Jasmine Rice!
Also, a question is what should be the ratio between the saturated, poly/mono sat fat intake??
Thanks. I appreciate your simple approach. Although I do take exception with your recommendation of eliminating whole grains.
