One of my favorite soul artists from the 60's are The Righteous Bros. I learned the story behind their name and gained much insight on Motown's soul (Black) influence on the pop (white) music culture. It's fascinating how music has a tendency to diverge society's norms as seen on this episode of soul train. Music- the evolution of us.
