If you downloaded Pivot 2.2.5, then it doesnt work, it means you have to download Pivot 3 Beta, just google it, it won't take long, just type in "Pivot 3 beta download FileFront" And click the first one that says FileFront. Trust me, Pivot 3 beta is betta :P make pivots on 3 beta, but make stks on pivot 2 ^^
