According to the Oxford Dictionary, plagiarism is "the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own". MtH put out this song with David Bowie's blessings, gave him full credit for writing it, and they also sound totally different than Bowie when performing it.

5 months no reply to you, damn let me end the dispare of why janick gers joined maiden. Basically after 7th son, Adrian Smith decided to go his own way and make his own band ( self titled I think) and so Maiden was in search of a guitarist. Bruce of course had always wanted to do some solo stuff, but Maiden took care of his time. This gave him the chance to go do an album, and I think that Maiden knew Janick cause I remember him saying he tried to convince Smith to not leave.
