the first time I saw this miniseries was when I was five, in 2000 when it was actually on tv. My grandmother recorded it gave me the tapes and now I have them on DVD I love the 10 kingdom, if they make a second movie I would be so happy and if it was about little red riding hood it would be so awesome!

I dont know about company of wolves, I wasn't a fan - good idea, really good concept but poorly executed, in my opinion anyway. I think Dog Soldiers was the best werewolf (as a scary werewolf, none of that Twilight stuff lol) movie. I actually really like the new red riding hood though, I was surprised, thought I wouldn't like it.

So i really hope they don't make a second one unless they get the same actors, the same director and the same writer to make it just as good as the first!!!! The movie is "The Company of Wolves" It is based on the original 1697 version of little red riding hood. If you watch the movie and read the original riding hood tail you will see that Virginia's and wolfs relationship was based upon it.

The original riding hood tail is a metaphor for a young girls sexual awaking. The movie is very good. It is dark, sexy , and romantic at the same time.

Do not count on it. I would try one of the fan fiction sites. Some of the stories there are pretty good. Also get the book of the orignial. Wolf is a little darker and the overall tone is darker. That is why the 10th kingdom failed.  I would like to see a reimaging like they did with Battlestar galactica with a slightly dark feel to it.

No this is fake. I created this based on the little information i read about simon moore's (the creator of 10k) thoughts on a sequel. Clips from virginia is from her father of the bride movies. Even though its been 8 yrs the mini series are still huge in fans interest.

*Within the last couple of years alot of media attention is on fantasy like movies so hopefully it may spark attention to nbc or hallmark entertainment*
