  • Sir, you saved my life, the period key is exactly what I need. Thank you!

  • do i have to press alt + click to move on a laptop?

  • @MrSponge56 I don't know any other way when you don't have a mouse, it REALLY slows down the work process however. A mouse is a worthy investment.

  • you say use the y or what ever key than you can make bigger blocks but it dosen`t workds if i do that ..

  • @coolejas10 you must have pressed the "S" key first

  • i cnt loop cut with cntl r how can i fix it or what else can i do

  • @gregify13 I honestly don't know what the problem could be.

  • @AcidWorksStudios i got it working i didnt know it had to b on edit mode haha

  • this really sucks, i can't get to my user preferences, it cancels my blender...

  • @RsFan1011 maybe you could try re-installing.

  • @AcidWorksStudios it's alright, i had the wrong version anyways, i wanted 2.49b

  • @RsFan1011 you should get 2.59 its always good to stay up to date. I hear 2.6 is going to have a new physically based render engine built in.

  • @AcidWorksStudios i got 2.49b because i only got blender for school projects and they use blender, i was taught in 2.49b and i'm not familiar with 2.59

  • @RsFan1011 the switch over isn't as hard as you might think it is, you are going to have to do it sooner or later, 2.6 is already out.

  • when i pressed 0 it makes my object disappear! Please help!

  • @mrfirework2 Those are the render layer keys, pressing 0 will put it on layer 10. press 1-0 keys at the top of the keyboard to change the layers. Just press 1 to bring it back to layer 1, or you can change the layers by pressing the arrays of boxes at the bottom of the 3D view.

  • @AcidWorksStudios how do i use the camera then cuz i am a bit cunfused

  • @AcidWorksStudios i should have clarified. you must use 0 on your numberpad on the side of your keyboard. if you are using a laptop, or do not have a keyboard. go to user preferences, and the input tab (as shown in the video, when i talk about changing the mouse settings) then click on "emulate numberpad." this will make the keys at the top work as the numberpad. only in order to change layers, you will have to manually click the little boxes at the bottom of the 3D veiw.

  • im using a game developement program called "Unity3D". its a good program, it allows you to make very detailed and graghic 3d video game, and it can publish you games into todays leading concoles: xbox 360, PS3, etc. in fact, im not entirley sure if this is true but, there is a rumor that Eletronic Arts "EA games" used this program to develope and publish NCAA 11, 12. unfortuanatly, the program did not include the capability to make 3d models but thankfully i found blender and you videos. thx u!

  • @agbond003 thanks, and unity is a great software. I might make a few tutorials on transferring your models

  • hey um wat recording program do you use for your videos

  • @blast200 Camtasia Studio

  • Thank so much, uv made this program very clear and understanding. im real glad i found ur video. video game developement has became a little easy.

  • @agbond003 im glad you liked it, what program are you using for game design?

  • Thanks for posting this video

  • @SIDDHARTH972 hey, no problem. im probably going to be doing another one soon

  • Watch my videos for only games, software and web programming:

    Channel:SIDDHARTH972

This is not promotion but i learnt this from all you but somethings added are what i found in Blender,Xampp(Php) and are simple but handy.

  • please tell me how to make enemies in blender 2.5

  • @SIDDHARTH972 Sorry, I don't really use blenders game engine, you'll have to search around.

  • Hey thanks for the link mate, cant wait to watch more of these videos, i used to use unity all the time but my new computer is a 64bit and unity refuses to work XD

  • @blueheadedpants Hmm that's strange, Unity works fine on my 64 bit computer, (I use a windows machine however, in case you don't). You will actually find that unity and blender work very hand in hand with each other.

  • @AcidWorksStudios Yeah i thought it was strange too, im using windows 7 that might be why, but even on the unity forums it says its not compatible, and every time you try to create anything you get an error message and you cant view anything in the viewing port :s

  • @blueheadedpants thats very odd. my unity works wonders on my windows 7 64 bit laptop. (aside from it running slow dude to my intel graphics)

  • @AcidWorksStudios I have no idea then, i keep getting random error messages whenever i click on anyhting, its all installed correctly, and im running an nvidea 330m graphics card, (a good one) and it just wont work, im reverting to blender and learning how to use it again anyways XD
