  • excellent well done

  • its really good for lower back pain, because that's procedure is for reform our body into good position,

  • I don't know if I could do that, well, my tailbone is bruised and one disk on my spine is dislocated. Better try something easy!

  • I've tried this and it seems to actually aggravate the pain in my lower back. Any explanation why that might be? Could it just be muscles getting sore? I am at my wits end with this pain.

  • dont round the lower back if you have a disc bulge

  • Hi there, this may not be the right exercise for you. With back pain its not always one size fits all. My advice is to go and see a physiotherapist for some specific advice.

  • @MsIMListening2U You are supposed to do it with a partner, b/c your back muscles are too weak to do it alone, it will actually hurt more if you do it alone. The therapist is there to help. Or you can just get a friend to help, but read up on it first, and make sure you know what you are doing.

  • Thanks for posting! I would like to start a class that focuses on the lower back. This is helpful.

  • i dont think it would work, right exercises?

  • cool

  • easier said than done
