  • @acounited I think so, I have this case and a standard Atx mobo fits so..

  • @blakko22 but rampage iv extreme is e-atx mobo....

  • @acounited ah my bad, I don't think that would fit.

  • @blakko22 hey man i just see something.this case can fit rampage iv extreme but 24pin mobo cable can not be pushed through the holes for cable management, but you can push it behind the mobo tray.AWESOME!!!

  • @acounited this is a great case, get it! I replaced the red fans with blue ones it looks sick!

  • @acounited thanks for your help!

  • @toomuchcoke well i dont know the length of it but i belive if you remove the hard drive catty it will fit up to 11 inch cars i belive? im not sure if you want to know the real size watch 3dGamemans review ;D

  • Very well-made review, good job. Have a like.

  • questions: is the top 200mm fan not included?? why did you not install the psu with the fan pointing down?

  • rice

  • Just like to say thanks for all your great reviews :)

  • I have a question. Does this case has measures of 230 x 480 x 496 mm but including all the crowns/cambers? I can see that on the left side panel there is a crown/camber (I don't know how to say it in english), so is it 230 mm with or without that camber? Same with the top; there is a camber to put your mobile phone or something, so does the size of 480 means it is measured with that camber or without it?

Pls respond someone, cuz I'd like to buy that case.

  • @ZameR91 the case is bigger than most Mid tower cases, without measuring (i dont have the case yet, getting it shortly as i know its worth the money) Also the areas where the case bulges out (side and top) its done as not just to look good, but the top allows for more room between the top fan(s) and components, the side makes more space for large heatsinks ect :) definitely worth the buy :D

  • @RHossall I know it is worth the buy :P. Problem is that I wasn't sure if the measures on every website describe the width, height and depth including those "bulged out areas" (whatever they are called) or not.

  • @ZameR91 not really sure to be honest, most websites don't measure for themselves, they run over to the coolermaster site and see what it says :D

  • @RHossall Exactly. And I think they should give exact dimensions because of ppl like me, who have limited space for pc.

  • @ZameR91 thats true, but i never suggest installing a computer in a limited space area, it highly restricts airflow and the temps of you PC will get much higher if its in a tight gap, just a suggestion though :P But yes I agree with you.

  • @RHossall I made a topic on one forum and the conclusion was that the space around that case if I'd buy it will be enough, especially because of enough space on the back. Left side would be tight though (about 2cm) but I'd not install side fan, so it's ok too (front fan 200mm intake, rear 120 exhaust, top 200 exhaust). BTW I just ordered HAF 912 Plus today :D.

Sorry for my broken english :P.

  • @ZameR91 first of all, don't worry about your english :P its not that bad, anyway, with space at the back, top, and front, it will still beat the airflow of most cases, though for the intakes (barring the front and power supply ones) have a dust filter on, I like demciflex filters (google them, not cheap but 5*****) and they are held on by bendy magnets as i call them :P anyway the left side of the case only has a small vent so it won't matter much. and grats on your purchase! :D

  • @RHossall Thanks for your advice. I'm gonna stick to the standard filters first, but maybe later I will look for those you mentioned. I can't wait for that case, maybe it'll arrive this friday. Plus CM Megaflow 200x200x30 blue LED fan to mount on top :D.

  • @ZameR91 sounds good! :D I had to make a last minute change to the case im getting, plainly because in the 912 there isnt enough space to fit the corsair H80 at the back :( so i'm having to go with storm enforcer instead, anyway im sure both a good cases, and I wish you the best of luck with the HAF 912 plus! :D

  • @RHossall Thanks and I wish you the same with Storm Enforcer :).

  • @ZameR91 Thanks :)

  • with this case would it fit in a MSI GeForce GTX 580 Lightning 1536MB GDDR5 with a dimension of 305x127x45mm

  • how would you connect this to monitor?

  • Hi

I am planning to buy a pc case and I've been looking at the coolermaster haf 912 and I was wondering if it has dust covers for the fans like coolermaster haf X

    Thank you

  • Song name 10:24 - 10:30 ? ?? :D

  • and does it come with a PSU? if so.. how many watts?

    thanks!

  • Asus M4A87TD EVO AMD 870 (Socket AM3) Motherboard

    will this fit?

  • @coxy2012 If its micro ATX or standard ATX (larger size) it will fit fine

  • Does anyone know if a Sapphire 6970 will fit into this case?

  • where did u get this case?!!!

  • WOW, That's quiet!

  • 5:00 u mean 90 degrees O.o

  • Will a corsair h100 or h70 or h80 fit into this case?

  • does a EATX fit on this?

  • @ThaiPredator No.

  • Awesome case! :)

  • @VortezReviews i hate when people have cables/watercooling tubes OUTSIDE of the case, it looks so crappy, i dont understand why any1 would use those rubber gromets at the back to route cables =/

  • How do i open the front ? To clean the fan.

  • Comment removed

  • @joggoboggo There are 3 tabs on either side on the inside of the front face. Take both panels off and look for the tabs and push them in while pulling the face slightly.

  • Can a Corsair Hydro H80 fit in this case in the rare if not a 200 mm is there on the top?

  • I fitted 2 gtx580 in a case 2 times smaller than this

  • Over exaggerated a bit there mate.

  • @zzirrPanda im serious! lool, but im still gon but this case

  • Will it fit the Noctua NH-D14, which is 160mm in height (just 2mm more than the NH-U12P that he installed in this video).

I have some doubts and can anyone confirm?

    Thanks!!

  • @TechNewsWeeklyMMXI Yes it fits easily. 190mm (case width) is all you need, this HAF 912 case has over 200mm width.

  • Can it fit Corsair h100 inside?

  • Can I fit 2 GTX 560TI's in this?

  • @speedstertje Easily.

  • @ 1.27 is the retard button

  • This is very good case, imo better than dominator 692 II

  • Good review!

  • No offense but your reviews are some what boring. Informative but boring.

Try music or being a bit more excited or lively.

  • i believe you installed that psu wrong!the psu fan fan is supposed to be facing the other side of the case not the motheboard!thats why the are those dust protectors underneath it! and those four rubber things!i dont think theres a problem with that but i think its always good to have a piece of advice!

  • Love this case, hate fan grille on the window. that fan grille ruins the window imo...

  • 1.20 a retard button?

  • Due to the Nice air-cooling, its fan-tastic.. Other cases might be slightly better, but the price is not the "case" with the HAF:P

  • Will you be able to install the corsair H50/70 AND the top fan? Thanks in advance

  • does anyone know where to buy this case? i can only sites selling the regular 912 :/

  • I gotta HAF this case :P

  • @74Eric74 Win.

  • Thanks for the reviews.

  • the case looks excelent, im just wondering tho weather a zalman cnps9900NT would fit up there with either 2 120mm's or a single 200mm roof fan. any one know? the coolers on an asus p5kpl/1600 so the chips quite high and the cooler does hang over abit

  • have this case it is just so great!

  • I iz buying this case. (because people care)

  • If using a 200 mm fan on the interior top, will there be enough space for a corsair h50 radiator with one fan in the interior back?

  • Actual one of the best reviewers iv ever seen! Covered everything!

  • Hey dude, nice review, made my decision easy :)

This will fit ANY* GPU without the cages in, with that cage bay removed it has a limit of 39 cm!! which is 15" long, there is currently no GPU that is that long.

  • @SaintLukie Glad you liked it :) Did you go for the HAF 912 Plus in the end??

  • @VortezReviews Yeah pal, ordered and on its way. I'm only going to have one HDD so I'm removing the cage to fit my 6950! and to get better airflow.

Quick question - Will having the big fan on the top be enough for exhaust, cause I'm planning on getting the H50-1 and that means reversing the rear fan to blow onto the radiator, just leaving the big one at the top for exhaust you think this will be enough?

  • @VortezReviews whats difference between haf 912 and the plus

  • @Ryd3r22 Have a look in the description of this video. I have just put a URL in from CM. Scroll down, there is a table to explain the differences :)

  • @VortezReviews thanks, sorry to waste your time.

    I subscribed :)

  • @Ryd3r22 you didn't waste my time :) thanks for the sub mate!

  • @VortezReviews im thinking of celling my asus g73jh and building a mid tower in a haf 912, im thinking of making some kind of cart with straps to secure it in so i can transfer from my moms to dads, does that sound of if im careful?

  • @Ryd3r22 Sorry I don't understand the question? Could you ask again! :)

  • @VortezReviews im thinking of selling my gaming laptop to build in this case, but i have parents living in different homes. IF i build some kind of cart with straps to secure it in safely would it be fine to transport it back and forth if i'm careful?

  • @Ryd3r22 Ahh, yeah that should be fine. I've transported machines to different places in a car journey before. Just make sure its nicely padded if its going in a car. What you don't want is the components to suffer any vibration or knocking/stress. If it does go into a car, lie it down so that the CPU cooler/GPU is facing the correct way. This takes any pressure off things!

  • @VortezReviews any suggestions of what to make it out of?

  • @VortezReviews It you have not bought your motherboard yet, I think you should get a micro atx case, if you plan on lugging your computer around. The NZXT Vulcan Micro-ATX is a gaming case with a handle.

Or you could get a, "Lan party bag", that's also a very cool option, those things are made to carry full cases around.

  • I have a question, Will this fit a XFX 6870?

  • @Ikeagames Yes not a problem at all. It will fit cards that are 10"+

  • @VortezReviews whow! fast reply! Thanks for the answer! :D

  • @Ikeagames yes it will with no problems :)

  • @Emiln96 cool, just got the card and the case ! :D

  • @Ikeagames yes i have 2 off them in the case:)

  • @DEVILW0LF Thanks! Yes the GTX 570 fits in there no problem. The card installed on that video is over 10 inches long (same as GTX 570). If you did have any problems with the length of the card inside there, you could always take out the top HDD cage as shown. But you shouldn't need to. Hope this helps!

  • how I can desactivate the leds of frontal cooler¿?

  • @Subz3roGm By pulling the fan out of the powerconnector :(

  • HAF 912 Advanced (Asia only)

  • its on ebuyer for £65

  • dov'è si compra HAF 912 PLUS??

  • In sweden this is only 700 kronors at iNet . I am so getting it!

  • Where can i get this case? im in the U.S

  • @baw414 newegg.com has them for $59.

  • @XxF0RD4h0licxX The plus edition?

  • Thanks, a very nice review, help with my decison :)

  • @Japsenliebhaber Actually a 5870 will fit without removing the HDD cage but most builders wouldn't have a reason to keep it in. I prefer to have as much space as possible and if I don't use something that's easily removed than it's getting shelved.

  • @Japsenliebhaber 1. Yes, if you remove that top HDD cage. After that it can fit any size video card.

    2. Easily, it would even fit a Noctua NH-D14.

    3. No, as fan size is one design that highly dictates air flow. For a 120mm or 140mm fan to compete with a 200mm, they would have to spin much faster to keep up with the larger fan. This is where noise comes from obviously.

  • @Japsenliebhaber Yep fine, I don't know, and not according to PCFormat Magazine!

  • i cant find this ver of the case any where for sale

  • @lestat692k8 Where are you based?

  • umited states but i can order online if need be

  • @lestat692k8 Here you chan buy this case, ebuyer.com/product/239757

  • good reviews but you make too long pauses. you could make your reviews with background music

  • @TheAnanasToast But then we'd have to use our own music production - music has copyright!

  • @TheAnanasToast By the way... check our latest video review for the ROCCAT Kova[+]. Your advice was taken ;)

  • @VortezReviews that side panal can actually hold a 140mm too and the top can use two 120mm.

  • @VortezReviews does the haf912 plus have a filter for the Psu? thanks

  • @2HandPickup yes, it has a removable dust filter underneath the PSU.

  • does this case have dust filters?

  • I have this case. It's awesome.

  • nice review, but you forget to talk about graphics card installation, if it is tool-less or not

  • @jh5kl Have a check of the full review in the description!

  • Personally i will wait for the plus version to come out. But coolermaster needs to revise the right side panel. It needs to be symmetrical to the left and have thumb screws, otherwise i will be hesitant to buy it.

  • @GreenyPoop this is the plus version.

  • Why have a black interior if theres no side window? : /

  • Nice but I think ill be going with the HAF 922 instead of this

  • Why would they not release the Advanced version outside of Asia? That seems like a very stupid thing to do for a business.

  • @faraz1729 Advance = Asia's Plus version

  • @cjgan80

Well, what I mean is an all black version with a side window would be very much in demand outside Asia. But all we get in the US is the standard version (gray inside and no side window). I was really looking forward to getting this case, but now I'll probably go with the Storm Scout.

  • @faraz1729 I think its a reflection of the world economy.

  • US : Plain Chasis , Europe : Black interior , no window , Asia : Black Interior and window...

    Wow!

  • @cjgan80 There are different sized fans and tool-less kit in the European model too. Pricing reflects in each model so the US one is the cheapest!

  • @cjgan80 You can cut a window yourself. It's not hard.

Plus it's not hard to spray paint case interior to a matte black finish :/

  • @XxPartlyPkerxX Your telling me this yourself why?

Im just stating that theres 3 versions

depends on the user if they wanna mod it or not

  • @cjgan80 told you that b/c you were crying about it <3

  • @XxPartlyPkerxX In terms of technology , im thrilled about those 3 version , my term is stfu , either buy or buy others if you don't like it =D

  • They are the different models of 912. HAF 912, HAF 912 Plus and HAF 912 Advanced. Looks like they are being released in that order in the US.

  • @cjgan80 Eventually all 3 models are supposed to be available in the US. 912 Plus includes black interior and 200mm fan. 912 Advanced has the window.

  • Excellent video review mate! I have owned practically all of the great cases ever released. I have given up on Antec. I guess they have lost their pants on their earlier cases and only sells terrible designs that would be most profitable. My guess is they have lost all their good engineers.

This 912/Plus, I can dare wager, will be Cooler Master BEST selling case. I have their 690 and the Sniper. The Sniper is really too big for me since I don't game. The price point is perfect too.

  • @a0199755 Some nice comments there - the 912 Plus is, as you say a very popular choice. It's a no brainer in its price-range!

  • Awesome review, mate. I got one question though, do you have to remove the PSU to get to its filter or its removable from the bottom?

  • @zver711 Thanks! The filter can be removed from the bottom of the case - no need to remove the actual PSU etc.

  • @VortezReviews

I have to say that this case is gonna be very popular if proper priced, and even its non-black cheap version will. Seems like good looks, functionality, size, and cooling got together. I even prefer the case to cheaper, if they don't include the stock fans. They usually suck, performance wise. I took out all the fans in my HAF 932 and replaced them with proper ones. But if a client, lets say, gets this 912 case, now I know where to stick my 3x230mm spares, he-he-he.

  • @zver711 I think you are right there - its set to be a popular one the 912. Not sure if you know but in the states you are looking at the grey interior version named "912" and then in Europe "912 Plus" which is the one reviewed here and then over in Asia the "912 Advanced" which will have side window etc.

  • @VortezReviews

Usually there is no problem to buy any version in the states. Might take more time to get here. Then again people will just paint their own stuff.

  • @VaporValor

its a full tower case lol

  • wish this one had a LED on/off switch, as those LED fans a nuisance.

  • finally cooler master release an affordable HAF for budget gaming builder

  • This case is tempting me to switch from my Antec P182..
