Citizen simply need to be educated and can think critically.

Not to the level of Dylan of course, but at least majority needs to be educated enough to spot a very obvious propaganda that is flying left and right in USA, it is ridiculous.

right now, American is too fixed on finding a good system that even idiot can live in it. Guess what, it will never happen. Government is run by people, who are by nature greedy. The system itself is secondary concern as to the quality of its citizen!!
