@guayacan07 i smelled it because of ALL THE HYPE and found it to smell very balmy-ish. it smells very complicated/sophisticated. maybe it's because i have a young sense? im 29 but le male smells so serious. i think its for women who just wants to get hitched by old men.

Good list Marc. I'm not a fan of 1 Million or Le Male. I recently got a sample of NR for him and was blown away. I think Burberry London is the leader of the pack followed closely by Pure Malt in the designer realm.

@stxgdv Be careful, they've been sending out some unwrapped and use PM bottles. I got one in this condition and had condensation on the glass star, so I called them and returned it, awaiting the reship which they put a "quality control" on.

Le male isn't #1 anymore??? i don't know you anymore... Great picks Lord Fragrance. Picked up Pure Malt a few months ago and it is pretty magical.  Can't wait for this California weather to cool down a bit so I can start rockin this.

Good list as always Marc. Bit sad to see that L'homme has fallen out for you, but at least La Nuit made it through. I love both of them and will always have some in my collection. And of course yes Pure Malt is #1 as it should be. Le Male will always be up there too though :-P

Awesome top ten! We have such similar tastes. I thought of you today when I tried (and of course bought) the new frag from Van Cleef and Arpels, "Midnight in Paris." I think it'd be right up your alley. It's got a little bit of a Bulgari Black vibe at first but it settles into a warm, sweet black tea and insence with some soft florals. Beautiful bottle too. I think it's exclusive to Neiman Marcus.

I hate your number 5 choice, i would have liked to see brit still there, i believe its one of the best fall fragrances, but the rest are good all around choices. Pure malt... ehhh i honestly like Le Male much more but i guess i could support the decision.

Nice list :-) Especially number five!  great fall scent for sure! I have to admit tho, i dont really care for the terre d hermes. IT smells like a cleaning product to me. The orange in it reminds me a lot of pine. Ehh. not my thing, but i could understand u picking it for fall. Def a fall kind of scent.
