It's a map to train your aim, to be better at calculating your pounce, not to wait for respawning eveytime you fail, so, the game gives your a lot of health and health regeneration, such as the survivors.

@m3r3d4 you can but they have made less obvious and reduced pounce areas for the hunter but L4D2 was never really set up for hunters because of new infected line up and the new maps. It's a completely different game in comparison to L4D.
