so i did get hurt after all, my left arm hyper extended as you can see, which snapped and torn the ligaments connecting my elbow together. i am almost healed up now tho, no surgery! and not even any physical therapy! yay thank god! i also hit my shin which made my shoe fly off, you could see tendon through the deep laceration got like 6 stitches. just about ready to skate again.. too bad i missed racing in the world cup at the festival of speed :( next year tho!
