@1966wash The 2nd Commandment (Exod 20:4) is against the WORSHIP of such IMAGES, Read it again. Not against every Image. Otherwise, we could have NO Symbols, Pictures, Carvings or any Representation of anything at all. God does not command such a thing. Even the Tabernacle & Temple had images of various plants,&even of cherubs. We are commanded NOT to make IDOLS,& NOT to WORSHIP THEM. And, of course, anything can become an Idol, whether it has "pagan" origins or not. Lord Bless U! :)

EXO: 3 “You shall have no other gods before Me. 4 “You shall not make for yourself an idol, or any likeness of what is in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the water under the earth. 5 “You shall not worship them or serve them. i think the law is very clear God does not want any image or painting of anykind depicting him.....

@SO4JTVandVideo the law is very clear but we as men interpret the law as we see fit to make it fit our needs. That commandment is as important as all the rest. But if you think that is God or his son just say it. But i will tell you what the bible says and the bible says it is wrong to create idols or images that represent him. Now read it again with the spirit of God.he is against anything that is created to represent his likeness. because it is an error to steal your soul from God.

Don't be deceived by these false prophets who call Jesus a liar. When he commanded us to be perfect He was not lying or being facetious. He told others to go and sin no more and meant it. John makes it clear he who sins is of the devil and he who practices righteousness is righteous just as Jesus is righteous. We prove we know Him by obeying His commands. Do not be deceived. The unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom.

That is the problem GOD does not what to send anyone to Hell.  That is why he has provided a way of escape through Jesus Christ. GOD is Love he is the very essence of LOVE but he is also Just and Rightouse. You basically have to set in GOD'S lap to slap him in his face. You use his goodness that he has given to you to judge GOD and don't even know who he is......

It violates my morality to worship a hypocritical, judgmental, self righteous murderer. In punishment, it could send me to the hell its made for those it dislikes, and if there was no other choice but worshiping it, I would walk in proudly.

1) Acknowledge ones own guilt.

2) Acknowledge Christs innocence. (Divinity)

3) Ask to be acknowledged BY Christ.

4) Receive the PROMISE.
