I dont know about 5% concepts/ideology, I do know that Islam says that it is true that in previous prophetic eras it was indeen true to refer to God as "Father," however muslims generally do NOT use the word "Father" to refer to God. In fact, while in a sense ALL creation is Gods Children, He does NOT beget nor was He begotten (according to the Quran) and there is nothing comparable to Him. Props to RZA!
