  • Yeah ok. You can stop letting us know he's an Australian bussiness traveller editor

  • lol xplane 10 xD

  • I want to drive..

  • lol, "this touchscreen is for fingers only"

  • i was also lucky enough to spend 3hrs in this exact simulator at the age of 14 it is absoulutly amazing u can even feel the bumps of your nose wheel going over the lights on the runway :)

  • Sooooooooo cool.

  • I want 1 !!

  • Maybe Quantus can spend less money on simulation machines and more money on maintenance of airplanes and prevent planes from breaking apart.

  • Do a barrel roll in that machine, wanna see how that works out :p

  • i´d say that simulator is bangin fsx on a weekly basis. Nice video.

  • the boeing 747 has electric seats.in this simulator he was moving them manually

  • WHen you think how tiring flying is just as a passenger sitting down in a chair it gives you some idea how nackering this job would be. FLying really does tire the human body. THe enviroment it puts you in is incredibly tiring and after a flight you always feel pretty knackered

  • @210482fmj It's the best. You get used to it. I can definitely handle fatigue. Some better than others. At the end of the day, it's the best job in the world. And personally the only job for me ;)

  • really want this at home

  • "This touch screen is for fingers only" :D

  • I'd say everyone who's travelled by plane has more than likely travelled on a Boeing 737 or Airbus A320.

  • nice take off there.. must been hard with throttles at idle. 3:17

  • Really cool gotta by me one of those

  • themostrealisticflightsim.blog.com/

  • He didnt landed the 744: he landed via autoland(CAT III) . you can see that at 11:15 . All 3 autopilots are engaged and the APP knob is still on .

  • 7:56 laser cannons initiated.

  • which flight simulator software is installed on such simulators?

  • @brgimscht it is fsx i think with Orbx scenery

  • Can traffic be programmed into the sim? Traffic at the airport, in the air, just something to add more realism and congestion?

  • was that a crash test dummy sitting in the Port seat ?

  • can you crash the plane? i want to see what happens to these guys :D

  • Really great video!! I love it!!

  • i want this for my birday

  • Dear Santa...

  • The difference is QF want to CHARGE their pilots to use a sim. CX, BA etc don't. They realise that good pilots = safe airline.

Go somewhere else Alan Joyce - Qantas is Australian, your not!

  • 1:24 , lol what else are you gonna use to touch the screen??? actually......

  • Wish I owned one so I can fly up 30k ft high, randomly press buttons and shit and switching off the engine without any risk of dying or any negative impacts, with full realism of what would happen to the plane.

  • 747, yes many people have flown, a380... only the lucky ones :(

  • So you flewn real-time or sped up the process? lol

  • how can they have a 23 hours flight if the largest flight is made by 777 and a345 whch is of 18 hours

  • @miguelsaez340 Without passengers they can fly up to 28 hours on a 744er

  • what software do they use for the simulator?

  • @marlo1204 It depends on who built the sim. Thales, etc. Each sim provider uses their own software.

  • 747 is my favorite, thanks for sharing this video :]

  • This is just like FS2004 PMDG Boeing 747-400 :D

  • why passenger almost certain to have flown in a 747 or even an A380 :/

  • @pilotanthony good point - we should have said in the video that if people have flown internationally a few times, there's a high chance they've flowing in a 747 or an A380.

  • @AusBusinessTraveller Wow mait, this looks amazing! i would do anything to get into one of these..

  • @AusBusinessTraveller Not very common in the US

  • @AusBusinessTraveller its actually because this models are good in long range, just to add b777 is good for long haul too.althought the 747 wil have a stopover to refuel if its going long range unlike the A380

  • @AusBusinessTraveller Ive flown 7 and never went on a 747 nor a airbus A380...

  • @AusBusinessTraveller A380 really, that's a brand new airplane very few passengers have flown in it.

  • @AusBusinessTraveller

Don't forget the 777, It is the most common plane i have been in

  • @pilotanthony i never flew in a 747 or a380 :(( only 737-300/400/500 series, A320's one B777 or A330 ( but i cannot remember cuz i was so young) and A321's

  • @nikthepilot do you want a medal?

  • @pilotanthony Maybe. Having a bad day? cuz u dont seem like a nice guy.
