How to play and install backups using Kmeaw cfw 3.55 PS3

i need help ,....i installed wutangzra cfw 3.55 on my slim ps3 with ofw 3.55, i am using GAIA manager ...problem m facing is when i run the LV package files my ps3 freezes.....though sometimes it runs fine ...

now is it possible to go back to ofw 3.55 and install kmeaw cfw?

yeah u can jsut go into recovery mode turn off ps3 then hold power button till it makes two beeps and turns off then hold again till u hear 3 beeps then let go and have the ofw 3.55 pup on the usb stick u use in port closest to bd drive then pick option #6 and do a system update. then from thier follow the guide

my ps3 firmware is 3.41,

1st i need to upgrade it to ofc 3.55, then cfw 3.55, and then intall the packages (that 'll be in the cfw)......is it all i need to do? m sorry m just noob in this stuff .will i able to play onlie with the cfw??

If I installed this and I decided to upgrade to ofw to say 3.56 or future updates could I do that normally through the normal way of upgrading firmware on the ps3 menu?

Hey I tried this and worked flawlessly with my games but it didn't worked with smackdown vs raw 2011... I tried to download the game so I could have it in the internal HDD but when I try to run the game, I got this error: 800100006

What can I do??

someone told me in order not to brick my system I have to have the firmware on an empty flsh drive, and that if i have my file manager pkg with the firmware i can brick my system if i dont do them one at a time is this true? Can I have a flash drive with the cfw, the multimanager, emulators games, and a bunch of other shit all on a flash card without bricking the system or was the guy right?

7 hours wow black ops is whaat 18gb my dead space tranfered in 40 mins and its 12 hmmmmm

playing from extrenal is tricky as u need the hardrive to be dat 32 and then that only allows games 4gb and under so i think ur gona need to ftp are u using filezila for ftp ?

@GameGaze2011 okay, i transfered the game to HDD0 by copying the files from my ipod using GAIA... so everything works well but when i start COD up it flashes black and white a few times andand eventually returns to the home screen :/ any ideaz?

@jens3737 so what you need to do is open gaia then pick cod u must have a disk in btw for it to run then it aso click cod it will then go to the xmb now go up to disk and it should say black ops hope this helps
