i had a fryup every night while taking ubuprofen during the day, bad mix, if anyones in pain watching this, try 20mg of omeprozole from your doctor, dont eat allot (big meals) other than sip water,

I just changed my diet. I stoped drinking coffee, more water. Spicy food, sugar based foods, tomato based foods and I reduced my salt intake. Is there anything else I should watch out for?
