Kabir Ji is talking of how painful duality is when he mentions the two wheels grinding the corn, Guru Nanak also comments on this and notices those kernels thaht cling ot the centre of all life (God) are spared ! Beautiful !
jo dhar rehae s oubarae naanak ajab ddit(h) ||1||
Those kernels which stick to the central axle are spared-Nanak has seen this wonderful vision! ||1||
Read this article on duality, it should help, ultimately though, these things cannot be grasped fully intellectually, only with Gurus grace can you fully appreciate.

kabir dohe is not just repetition of om guru om guru. dohe shd be read as they were written by kabir in a melodious voice.
