Great game, still a system hog but somewhat better optimized than the first, played smoother in most areas so that made the experience much more bearable, not that it wasn't enjoyable-it's just that when dev's don't take appropriate time to optimize the game it kind of ruins the enjoyment factor.

Most hard in Crysis is not the maxed graphics but AA16 which normal computer can not reach- 8800gt can not run even 4aa . but the real beauty of this game is seen at 16AA. the same is GTA IV- all high work but 16aa with textures makes most pc to fry.

@SurviveZ TWEAK. CryTek have listed a lie command in Config file. all ATI cards run CrySis at AA16

but they write it as AA8. thats what slowing down ATI cards and not nVidia.

And in WarHead it is in the option menu for nVidia cards. (and maybe be for ATI as well. )

You can run CrySis even with AA32.. if you will write it in the Configuration file . but it will obviously not load. :)

Face detail in Crysis is revolutionary . Expressions , dust , tension shaders and even cuts everything is there in Crysis .

Yeah and it still looks shit. I know it's good for today's standards but it just looks so odd imo. The expressions are good, same with AC 2. Which adds to the realism, but there's something very fake and static about them still. I suppose it's because faces have so many little movements that happen all the time. They would probably have to animate every single letter for instance, instead of having predefined movements of lips for each sound.

I built my own gaming rig for ~£500 a few years ago (would have cost over £1k from a shop) and I've just upgraded the video card, custom building saves a lot of money in the long run.

My advice; find someone trustworthy who's willing to build a pc for you, give your price (research suitable component prices so you don't mess the seller around) and know your components.

If the seller thinks you know what you're talking about you're more likely to get away with paying less.

And does PC have directly download true HD quaility movie downloads on demand like the ps3 and 360, i dont think it has. No, it's an add-on. You do need Crysis to play Warhead. It's a few more single-player maps, some multiplayer gametypes like team team instant action (Team Deathmatch) and Crysis Wars (dunno what that is...) and a few more multiplayer-maps.

aim with mouse, and move and do everything with keyboard or mouse button 3 and 4 and 5 whatever u have you can set it. thats whats so good about keyboard/mouse is that you can do whatever. believe me once you go pc you never go console again
