@mindbodyandsound actually there was a research for over-expressing Telomerase in mice, which doubled the life span of the mice from 2 year to 4, but it was very conversational cause most of them died from cancer, only a small group of mice reached 4th year and even those died of cancer

you do not expand the life span of a human, you do it for a individual cells which eventually mean CANCER!!
