still tricking a flame/poison Orb is a good choise. or tricking a heavy Tail and Iron Ball. but choose who u target first lol

You can teach Blissey Seismic Toss through the Emerald move tutor.

Or in fire red and leaf green there is also a move tutor that learns blissey how 2 use Seismic Toss.
