EoS made the original. Enough said.

EToS covered it and did a great job. They even changed guitar solo into a keyboard solo. They've got atmosphere and creativity. It's a good cover

HSB on the other hand removed the solo and simplified the song. Objectively looking, they did the weakest job. Everything else is your own oppinion.

Actually my friend and I had a challenge about this. He was going to learn to growl and I was going to learn how to scream. He was a pro singer already which gives him one hell of a head start. I finished in half a week.

Screaming is A LOT easier.

Nice cover. Much more interesting than the HSB cover which imho relies too much on dynamics and the rhythm section. EToS do a legit tribute to Dan Swano, the man who was playing melodeath before there was such a thing as melodeath.

For me personally the pace on EOS's version is more likely sounding to the Edge's counterpart. EOS wins this round clearly! 2nd i favourise the vocalist of EOS above the frontman from HSB in this case a bit, he is more precise singing on this cover, but just a slide bit. So socond round EOS wins again. But i strongly must admit that, the HSB singer is more than a class better, as the vocalist from the Edge (he is totally worse!) Result = TADA EOS consume this song and make it theirs!

Listen to the Kovenant songs like Jihad. That's more of a black metal fusion, but it's definitely industrial. There's nothing like that in Heaven Shall Burn.
