i can do some of those things, such as the first & third things. (skips over the one touching shoulder blades). And i can put both, left, right (both) feet behind my head. However, at 1:15, i can bend my leg forwards, but not that far yet. :(
I'm not russian, but I think it says he's 16 years old, im only 15. but his work is impressive.
What I want to know is how does a person even discover they can do this?
