  • really great. i adore kevyn aucoin as an artist and also as an human! you are an expert! i enjoy your work very much!! it is inspirational, that there are people like you who live their creative being in work and character. Carry on!

  • you are really beautiful, your eyes, lips, nose, are amazing! I wanted to ask because you use so base? know you are an expert and do not know if the camera is but I see a gray face as a mask, and I think it must have a reason, I think your natural skin color is beautiful and you take your base end I do not like why not use a base similar to your natural color? this is without any aim to offend, I really admire you so much! thks

  • @aleboni4 Thankyou that's very kind! It's this evil camera, it had a tendency to go haywire and rearrange everything xo

  • @JHCosmetics THNKS FOR THE ANSWER !! KISSES FROM MÉXICO :)

  • Oops! I meant to ask if your natural lip color is that of the start of the video? If so, lucky you! Amazing color:), xxx, Karine.

  • Fabulous! I subbed:) are your lips the

  • your videos are so full of knowledge and passion! i love it :) your lips are amazing and i want them <3 from canada

  • The Evangelista pic is amazing but i think turning Lisa Marie Presley into Marilyn Monroe was even more so. A friend used to cut Barbara Steisands hair and she still uses all of the makeup that Kevyn recommended to her when he used to do her makeup. His academy for helping gay kids is still going today. Such a huge talent and still missed ever so much.

  • AMAZING!I think i'll try it.

  • What is that bleeping thing? :D

  • i googled Kevin Aucoin and i must say he is gorgeous- and looking at this style of make up makes the girls in my school look REALLY messy :/

  • Jo I would love to see you work your magic on a model! Thanks for another informative inspired tutorial. Hugs Ali

  • i love your vids!

  • how do you prevent your makeup being cakey even after putting that much makeup, especially powder on? If I put a lot of pressed powder on my skin it always looks cakey and wrong

  • @LiveLikeaPunk Powders only go cakey when used either with a skin type they aren't suited to, or with the wrong foundation. OR, you're using the wrong powder. Using a light powder like the Make Up For Ever HD powder keeps it from looking cakey. If you're using a matt foundation or have dry skin with any imperfections, you're going to struggle with a lot of products. I personally never use powders as I have such dry skin and use a fairly matt product. Powders tend to work better on oilier skins.

  • @CFHWolfe I have very oily skin but because of the peeling acne treatment I'm on my skin is always flaky a bit so maybe that's why it looks cakey often.

  • did you changed your camera? it looks much better...I like the quality...

  • Iv said this before, but what I enjoy most about your videos is the fact that you share really useful information, you don't just say "Hey look I can do makeup, subscribe, thanks, bye". Your a really good teacher, and Iv gotten so much better at being creative with my makeup in the few months you've been doing these fantastic videos!

  • im beginning to really enjoy your videos, as you are so detailed and explain things much better than other makeup gurus on youtube. keep up the good work :)

  • This is so amazing :)

  • Very cool. Thanks! Kevyn Aucoin is one of my biggest inspirations
