i find it really funny when people speak in a normal accent then when they say a foreign word (e.g. risotto) they put on a really strong accent :P (she didnt do it but it just reminded me haha)
Laura exactly what type of rice is that? Can you give me the spelling so when I go to look for it, I can show it to the grocer. Thanks I never heard of that kind of rice and I look forward to trying this dish.

Hmm, thx2u,..that looks like a good, simple yummy dish to make, ( something, even I could do at home.) ..it looks good to have with a glass of redwine to me, or maybe fresh lemonade, if it's hot outside, and it's too early for wine.
