if u have adobe photoshop, all you need to do is make your pic black and white colors (grayscale under image then mode) thats the way i did it

natedog627, he was editing the pallet colors for the image on the right side of the screen. so it matched the colors of the mugen logo. I hope that answers your question.

well have you watched any of my new tuts I have a MICROPHONE so HAH, and the only reason I didn't use my real voice is because I didn't have a mic and people complained that when someone uses text they have to pause alot, so I was trying to make people happy but It didn't work,
