I like the stereo, I am trying to do some family research. My mom said that she thinks this was the stereo they had growing up ( based off of looks ). She remembers specificallt the front 4 knobs, one of them said TV. She always found it funny the stereo had tv but she didn't. From your video it looks like there is something written above each knob in black. Would on of them happen to say tv? Did you rebuilt this and add rcs jack to it? is that how your ipod is playing?
@Hoss7767 It does not have a TV dial it has "volume" "bass" "dial tuning" and "band tuning" it also has a series of 6 buttons as presets. A friend of mine restored the chassis for me, he used one of the preset buttons to be a switch between radio and aux out. the conversion is very simple and ive personally done it to a number of table radios. there are a few great books on working with them. good luck in your search.
