I have an Inti Lunastix design that looks identical to the one used in this video. The red/orange meld with spots of the other color meeting in the middle. Only difference I see is in the orange leather tassels on mine.
Woody, who first made the Luna Stix (Steven Woodard) did so in the 90's. Woody had been buying rubber hand sticks from me for his hand wrapped devil stick and came up with his Luna Stix after receiving my evolved Crystal Stix design. After my pointing out how similar his design was to my utility patented one he sold his design to the current makers. Crystal Stix has been painting stix since the late 1980's not unusual that others would mimic.
You can order them online at their website. I got mine at the Great Lakes Medieval Faire in Northeastern Ohio. Most Renfaires I have found carry them.

I made the first Crystal Stix in 1985.
