WHile I am not a advocate for violence and fighting I understand the rebellion, I have lived in Niger. The Tuareg are heavily discriminated against by the Hausa majority military. The fact they are accused as drug traffickers is simply discrimination. Other countries who have mining rights mine at the expense of the local populace who are suffering from the environmentally damaging mining practices. This is just another example of the rape of Africa and the expense of the people.
