hey so i've decided i'm going to the festival this year with my buddy. i thought it was outdoors but now i have a better scope of the frame. btw, the event looks much more intruiging from this point of view!!
sometimes it's weird that very detailed (some say obsessive) work is deemed an expression of a dysfunctional or troubled mind, while obsessing over a blank white square is deemed the realm of the intellectual mind. i am not dismissing the value of monochromatic discourse, i just find it weird, sometimes.
its a thin line. The same goes with music. I think there is a distinction beteen avant garde and outsider art. Someone who is skilled and tries to defy the norms of art is experimental but someone who is untrained and creates art that is abstract possibly unknowingly might be considered outsider. I have thought about this and for me I use derek bailey and jandek as a guide. Derek bailey is arguably more "out" than jandek but jandek is so "out" as an individual that it comes trhough in his music.
You're just provoking us with the sticker price of the pointing Chuckie. Well practiced, that was a rather glib fib. You used the word "beautiful" more often in this segment than I have heard before. I agree. Thanks.
amazing work.

Nice Job. But who is Chris Martin you refer to? The singer of coldplay?

Chris is a well known Williamsburg artist, featured in a couple of James Kalm videos. Check the James Kalm channel
