I 'm not a muslim but I 've lot of respect and high regards for this religion,Some of the reasons are:

They know what hunger really means.

They humble themselves by kneeling before God 5times daily.

Women dress very modestly.

They give 2,5% of their savings in charity

Anything that is not western to you is "eerie and kinda creepy". if you don't know what this is about...look at the title. pick out the key words - then google it then you might have an idea. This is called the adhan. It's a call to prayer. this is being said in the arabic language. Most call to prayer and recitations of the quran are said in arabic. This only probably souds "eerie and kinda creepy" to you because of the echo.

There are times the muezzin rushes his azaan rarely though. As I am one of the main muezzins at the masjid I pray at, the Maghrib namaaz we, me and this other man do it kind of fast, but usually I take my time. Also times like Shabina the imaam of our masjid keeps azaan times to a minimum for example for asr azaan he leaves like 5 mins for azaan and four sunnats and we rush the call to prayer for a good reason.
