I had the same bike, same color. I owned it until 1980. Very sorry I got rid of it. 74 MPH was the top speed on level ground. Once in up state NY I had it up to almost 85 going down a steep grade. It was way over redline. Great video, the sound brought back memories. THANKS!
Traded in our Honda CT 70 and bought a new 74 F7 in the Spring of 75. I had wanted a Can-AM TNT 175 instead, but the F7 was a strong runner and a dependable bike.

Just like my first new vehicle of any kind. Same color and year,$700.00 off the showroom floor. Took my MC license test on that bike in 1975.

Oh man, that noise reminds me of the 100 Trail Boss we used to have when I was a kid (1990s). Such a friendly sound, no menace to it at all!
