@litechix21 Yes chicken rub is seasoning. It involves 4 tablespoons of salt, and 4 table spoons of garlic or onion powder or both. Also you want to put in 2 tablespoons of blackpepper and paprika or some other kind of ground or powdered pepper that you like. Mix all of these seasonings together then lightly apply them onto your chicken and rub it in. Be sure no to over season, if you do just run warm water over the chicken and try again.
