@MandikaTheWarrior Yes, ours did as well. Unfortunately, we had a hard time following them, I guess, lol. We tried doing what the instructions said, mimicking the drawing and everything...however, I guess we just didn't have the middle portion raised high enough, so our bars weren't locking in place. That's what took us so long to figure out. We just didn't want anyone else to get as frustrated as we did, lol. :)

This play pin is the absolute WORST I have ever had. It is extremely non-user friendly, too fat to fit through some doors which results in yet more frustration in trying to un-do it to then get frustrated again to try and re-do it. I will seriously consider not buying any other baby product with the name Eddie Bauer on it. BE WARNED!!

@comadre2780 The sides should have plastic tabs that you pull to break down the sides again. Try pulling up on the tab on the bottom, bringing the bottom up. It might make the sides easier to break down. I still have a little trouble with it, but you just have to play with the tabs. If pulling doesn't work, try pushing (it's been a while since we put ours away...). Anyone else have a suggestion? Hope that helps!)

My sister has an Eddie Bauer westlake play yard and she had lost the instructions to it. So we were trying to set it up for all most an hour.
