your configuration has nothing to do with it ... delete your user profile , restart the game and create it again , it wont delete your rosters or anything like that , dont delete anything else ... ONLY USER PROFILE !

your hardware cant be the problem because there are people on the 2k forums that had the same issue and because your rig is awesome ! also i had a similar problem in 2k9 with inbounding i did the same thing and it disappeared ...

i have this game, but my problem is, the udio effects of the game, when players block a shots, no audible sounds like slap! sounds, and when players drible the bAll somtime i can't hear the dribbling sounds, how can i fix this problem?

you are playin either on vista or windows 7 because the audio problem happens to a lot of people , it has something to do with directx or somethin not really sure .... look it up on 2ksports forums , someone will know how to fix it there

when u get in the game you can choose who you are playing against , well forget that and click ESC its in the upper right corner of the keyboard then you can navigate the main menu so click OPTIONS then next menu is gonna appear and on that menu select VIDEO SETTINGS , then in video settings you can choose between benchmark performance , advanced video settings and video settings ... select video settings to adjust the resolution and advanced video settings to select the quality of graphics ...
