OMG! I was at this concert. I can confirm that the video for 'That's What I think' was filmed here... well, parts of it anyway. This concert took place on Thursday June 24th 1993 at the Opera House in Toronto, Canada.

I love this song very much but the whole album "Hat Full of Stars" wasn't that great. I prefer "Sisters of Avalon". Anyway Cyndi was very overlooked and underrated in the 90's - just like Belinda Carlisle, Sandra, Laura Branigan, Samantha Fox, Taylor Dayne and Debbie Gibson
