  • I got a 1946 Wurlitzer today it's a model 31 Orgatron, it's a keyed reed organ. The organ came with a huge Wurlitzer 301 rotary cabinet. The rotary comes on with the vibrato tab on the swell manual and with the Cello on the great. The organ has a main/echo tab for the cabinets. I can hear the reeds faintly while playing, but the 2 amps on the tone cabinet are not working. I do electronic repair so it should be easy to trace. Undoubtedly the electrolytic filter capacitors are dried up. Post soon.

  • jesus!! was this a minuet for 90 year olds? pick up the pace

  • @cwecub,

No this was a minuet played by a adult beginner. Know you have emotionally scarred me for life (sniff, sniff). As a psychiatrist you should know better (grin)!

When I start playing better I will upgrade my videos, until then I will play slower than my 90 year old grandmother.

    Have fun!

  • 6 times faster without chorus.

  • The organ looks very cozy there in the corner next to the TV cabinet and chair...
