had a clamshell ibook. it worked for like 20 sec and i unplugged it and the hdd crashed. so i had a mac for 20.5 sec. now i have a Hackintosh!!!

if you want to make the screen look even better do this.. go to system preferences >> displays >> color >> calibrate

I ordered my iMac on the very first day the new ones came out on March 3rd, it is now March 20th.  I configured the parts to Apples top of the line configuration as follows. Intel Core 2 Duo 3.06 GHZ, 4GB Ram, 1TB HDD, ATI Radeon HD 4850. Now what Apple does is, if you chose to select the ultimate graphics option available (ATI), than they say 4-6 weeks for delivery arrival. They say 6 weeks for me, and I will finally get it on April 15th, exactly 6 weeks after I ordered it. What?!

Yeah dude. I ordered the iMac with ATI Radeon HD 4850 on the first day the new iMacs came out, which was March 3rd, and I'm still waiting for it. 6 freaking weeks for it to ship here, because Apple has to custom the iMac with the ATI cards as Apple has no ATI iMacs already made and they have to make it fresh from there California factory, I don't know why they don't just make some pre configured with ATI in it, but they don't.
