cameron uses the analogy that an eye must have been designed since it works like a camera, since a camera was designed, meaning, cameron thinks everything was designed, that would include numbers, which just exist, and happen to correspond exactly to every single thing, seen or unseen, like molecules.
With a Flounder, as physical thing like a camera, the lens doesn't migrate to other locations over time, proving cameron's wrong. Thanks!

At the time Lemaitre lived, 50% of Scientists were religious, now, just 3% are. There aren't many intellectual theists, the two things are largely incompatible, given reality. As religiosity rises, IQ drops. Many studies have been done over the past few decades, and they all reveal the same thing, the religious aren't bright. The correlation is to dogmatism, rather than specific religions. The more dogmatic the sect, the less bright the individual. We always found proverbs 3:5 to be quite telling, or even leading ..."trust in the lord with all your heart, on your own intelligence rely not." This, if taken literally, is the zenith of silliness. It stresses to disregard your intellectual inclinations, and abide by the bible, which never makes mention of a single valuable insight, e.g. disease prevention etc.

I hate how people label evolution as an "Origin of Life" theory. It's right there in the title of Darwin's book, "The Origin of SPECIES". Evolution has nothing to do with how life came to be, it deals with how life became more complex AFTER it had already been here. They are NOT mutually exclusive theories, as Kirk would have you believe. I'm not taking a side on the theism vs atheism debate, I just get frustrated when ill-informed people think they are experts because they were famous once.
