Anyone can swing a Bo like that, just takes practice. Do a fe flips while yer at it and u have American fighting sports. I have no doubt this guy know's what he's doing bu take an Aikido Bo fighter that know real selv defence martial art and face em together.... geez do I need to continue.... Americans practicing martial arts its just for show and winning contests and cash....

What the hell are you talking about? So you're saying that he doesn't know how to fight with the staff? Boy, look at the way he swings that thing, nobody would want to fuck with him. Yeah he does alot of that stuff for show, but he does practice it for self defense and if you actually pay attention to his moves he is actually using self defense techniques. You see him do blocks then follows up with strikes, you just can't see it because it's so fast. This guy is a master with the staff.

Lots of tournaments take place in hotel ballrooms. It's a more pleasant atmosphere than gyms because the bathrooms are much cleaner, its air conditioned, lots of places to sit and relax, and of course a place to sleep if you're traveling far to the tournament.
